Catie Orlando, LMSW, is dedicated to working with individuals to help them understand themselves and their histories.

Catie received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Johns Hopkins University. She earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University, specializing in substance use and co-occurring disorders. Catie has gained valuable experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing substance use disorders as well as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders.
Catie’s therapeutic approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as knowledge from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. Catie is also passionate about the positive impact of group therapy and believes that engaging with peers in treatment provides the opportunity for individuals to have corrective emotional experiences. In her free time, Catie is an avid marathon runner and dog petter.
